Join Us For Juneteenth

On behalf of the division of Student Affairs and its Student Development unit, you’re invited to join us for education, reflection, celebration and community as we recognize Juneteenth, a powerful commemoration of freedom in Texas and beyond.

All students, staff and faculty are welcome. Activities are planned for June 16-18, including:

Juneteenth Kickoff, with cool treats, photos, T-shirts (while supplies last) and more.
Bruce August Jr. Juneteenth Day of Service, a meal-packing initiative with the group Feed My Starving Children.
Juneteenth Celebration, featuring food, music, a book giveaway and more.
